pluvial and surface water/ground water flooding if KMC ever pass planning on the proposed drainage design by Bellway homes for Baldderstone hall field  Hepworth drive Hepworth lane/ Grove street will suffer from surface water and ground water flooding I can guarantee this will happen.

Bellway home’s has again visited Balderstone Hall Field Mirfield to carry out more ground investigation works to determine the extent of the shallow mine workings/ and groundwater.
However back in 2015 Bellway home were prepared to gain planning permission based on older ground investigation information/ this means all the hard work local resident did to prevent Bellway’s from gaining planning permission was not in vain. When the new ground investigation report comes available to the public please look for ” no returns ” this means they have found mine workings/ I have viewed. an old mining map which shows working to the north of the site. The remediation work for the mine working will consist of drill down to the workings/ and pumping grout at a high presser to fill the voids BUT my question will be what effect will this have on the ground water/ and it will deflect the direction of the ground water natural course creating problems else where?
