The visibility at the junction of Woodward Court, and Wellhouse Lane is not adequate to serve the additional traffic generated by the pre-proposed development, and the increased use of this junction will be hazardous. The pre-proposals will put additional pressure on local highways infrastructure, and will not be in the best interest of highway safety.

Woodward Court is a short cul de sac which gives access to 12 existing properties on to Well house lane. Woodward Court is 6 metres wide with standard footpaths on both sides. According to highways specification (PPG13) the required visibility spay is 4.5 x 70m the visibility slay at present at Woodward Court is 4.5 x 22m
